Why this exists

Mirroring a picture should take a few seconds. In practice the button is hidden in a different place in every app, and most online tools want an account, upload your photo to their server, shrink it or stamp a watermark on it. Image Mirror does one job: it mirrors, flips or makes a symmetric version of your picture and gives it back at full size, in the same format, for free.

How it works

Everything happens in your browser. The page reads the picture from your device, draws it on an HTML canvas with the transform applied and saves the result back to your device. The picture is never sent to our server; we could not see it even if we wanted to. iPhone HEIC photos are decoded in the browser too, with the open-source libheif library when the browser cannot read them natively.

Who runs it

Image Mirror is run by ITERO LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. It is free to use, has no accounts and shows no ads.
